TIPS:
- Can be used as a co-wash: After co-washing, apply a small amount of conditioner as a leave in on damp hair.
- Can be used as a leave-in. Note: It is not recommended to use as a leave-in with freshly washed, blow-dried and curled/flat ironed styles.
- Can be used as a leave-in for protective styles and wash & go's.
- For deeper conditioning, sit under the dryer with a plastic cap (for your desired amount of time).
- If your hair is tangled prior to shampooing, apply the conditioner to wet hair.
- Detangle starting at the ends, making sure the hair is completely combed through.
- To detangle: Use a wide-tooth comb or finger comb through damp hair. After applying, massage the conditioner deeply into hair for better absorption.
- Be sure to coat all strands of hair with Carmelux Conditioner before detangling.
- After shampooing apply the needed amount into palm of hand, then apply to wet hair. Sit for desired amount of time, detangle, then rinse.
Directions: After shampooing, apply to hair, massage, detangle then rinse out. Allow the conditioner to sit in for any desired amount of time, before rinsing. Massage the conditioner throughout the hair (very well) making sure all strands are covered While the conditioner is in your hair, use a wide tooth comb to completely detangle your hair.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, including A.P.O. & P.O. Boxes! We offer same day shipping on orders placed before 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Some orders may take up to 2 business days to ship from our store. Orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to additional Taxes & Duty Charges at Delivery.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For customers outside of the Continental United States Shipping Zone, returns are then and only then extended to a 45-day period. Shop Beauty Depot only pays for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
